Job Summary

We are looking for a responsible and safety-conscious Bus Driver to transport students and staff to and from schools, coaching centres, and other designated locations. The ideal candidate should have a valid driving licence, a clean driving record, and a strong commitment to passenger safety and punctuality.

Key Responsibilities
Safely operate the company bus on assigned routes.
Transport students and staff according to the scheduled timings.
Conduct daily vehicle inspections and ensure the bus is clean and roadworthy.
Follow all traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
Maintain accurate trip logs, fuel records, and vehicle maintenance reports.
Report any vehicle defects, accidents, or delays promptly.
Ensure the safety and discipline of passengers during transit.
Coordinate with the transport team regarding route changes and schedules.

Qualifications




Valid Heavy Vehicle Driving Licence (Bus).
Minimum 2–5 years of experience driving buses or commercial passenger vehicles.
Good knowledge of local routes and traffic regulations.
Clean driving record with no major traffic violations.
Ability to communicate politely with students, parents, and staff.

Preferred Skills
Punctual, responsible, and safety-oriented.
Basic knowledge of vehicle maintenance.
Calm and professional attitude with good interpersonal skills.
