The Purchase Manager is responsible for planning, sourcing, purchasing, negotiating, and managing the procurement of goods and services required by the organization. Key Responsibilities1. Procurement Planning
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly purchase plans.
Forecast product requirements based on sales trends.
Ensure uninterrupted product availability.
Monitor stock levels and maintain reorder points.
Coordinate with department heads to identify purchasing requirements.
Vendor and Supplier Management
Identify and evaluate current suppliers.
Develop and maintain relationships with existing suppliers.

Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations.
Purchase Order Management
Create and approve purchase orders.
