Role Description
This is a full time, in office Recruiter role based in Kozhikode. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes, including job posting, sourcing candidates through multiple channels, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves partnering with hiring managers to understand role requirements, defining selection criteria, and coordinating interview schedules.



The Recruiter will maintain candidate pipelines, provide timely communication and feedback, and support offer negotiation and onboarding activities. Additional responsibilities include maintaining recruitment data and reports, contributing to employer branding initiatives, and ensuring recruitment practices are fair, inclusive, and compliant with company policies.

Responsibilities
Handle end-to-end recruitment process
Source candidates through job portals and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers
Maintain candidate database and recruitment reports

Requirements
6 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment/HR
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills
Familiarity with job portals and recruitment tools
Ability to manage multiple positions and deadlines
