GRE / Hostess – Job Description

Position: GRE / Hostess
Department: Front Office / Guest Relations / F&B;
Location: Restaurant / Hospitality

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome and greet guests warmly upon arrival.
Manage guest seating and table allocation.
Handle reservations, waiting lists, and guest inquiries.
Coordinate with the service team to ensure smooth guest flow.
Assist VIP guests and provide personalized service.
Handle guest feedback, requests, and basic complaints professionally.
Maintain excellent communication and hospitality standards.
Ensure the reception/hostess area is clean and presentable.
Maintain coordination with Restaurant Manager, Captain, and service team.
Support the team during peak hours and special events.

Requirements:
1–3 years of experience in restaurants, hotels,



or hospitality preferred.
Freshers with valuable communication and personality may also be considered.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Pleasant personality and qualified grooming.
Valuable knowledge of English and Hindi; additional languages are an advantage.
Customer-focused with a positive and confident attitude.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹23,000.00 per month
