Role Overview

We are looking for a Business Development Executive to support the growth of Amity Training Solutions by generating new business prospects and promoting ATS's corporate training solutions.

The role will involve identifying prospective corporate clients, reaching out to HR, L&D; and business stakeholders, understanding their training requirements,



generating meetings and supporting the sales process for Training Credits and customized training programs.

The ideal candidate should have excellent English communication skills, a robust interest in B2B sales, confidence in interacting with professionals, and a proactive and target-oriented approach.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and research prospective corporate clients across relevant industries.
Generate leads through cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, networking, databases and other business development channels.
Reach out to HR Heads, L&D; professionals, business leaders and other relevant stakeholders to introduce ATS offerings.
Promote and create awareness about:
Training Credits / Learning Wallet
Customized corporate training programs
Leadership development programs
Functional and behavioural training
Digital and emerging technology programs
Industry-specific capability
