Key Responsibilities

Process Review & Regulatory Compliance
Participate in Fair Practice Code (FPC) reviews across various business functions and customer journeys.
Assess customer-facing processes, products, and documentation for transparency, accuracy, and regulatory compliance.
Evaluate adherence to RBI guidelines, Fair Practice Code requirements, and internal governance standards.
Identify process gaps, compliance risks, and areas for improvement.

Business Analysis & Improvement Initiatives
Analyze operational and financial processes to identify opportunities for enhancing customer experience and process efficiency.
