Process: Recent Zealand & Australia Process (Inbound)

Key Responsibilities
Support the sales team in day-to-day operational activities
Handle date change requests, refund requests, rebooking, and other post-booking support tasks
Coordinate with airlines and internal teams regarding customer travel modifications
Assist customers with travel-related queries and booking updates
Maintain proper records of refunds, cancellations, date changes, and customer requests
Follow up on pending refund cases and update customers accordingly
Provide backend operational support to ensure smooth workflow for the sales team
Coordinate with customers through calls and emails regarding travel updates and documentation
Maintain customer data, reports, and operational records accurately

Required Skills
Positive communication and coordination skills




Strong follow-up and problem-solving abilities
Basic customer handling skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced workplace
Basic proficiency in MS Excel and email communication
Knowledge of flight ticketing or travel process will be an added advantage
Languages Required: Hindi & English (Punjabi will be an added advantage)

Freshers can also apply
Graduate in any discipline
Prior experience in customer support, backend operations, travel support, or airline ticketing will be an added advantage
