Mighty Machines is looking for an experienced General Manager – Manufacturing & Business Operations to take end-to-end responsibility for the company's plant operations and overall business execution at its Peenya facility.

The General Manager will act as a key link between Senior Management and the operating functions, ensuring that business commitments are converted into productive manufacturing execution.

The role will have responsibility across:

Business Planning → Sales Coordination → Production Planning → Manufacturing → Quality → Procurement → Stores → Maintenance → Cost Control → Customer Delivery → Team Management

The ideal candidate should be capable of managing both the strategic and operational aspects of an engineering manufacturing business.

This is a senior leadership position requiring robust understanding of the precision engineering and heavy engineering manufacturing ecosystem.
