We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated Freshers / Trainees to join our Forex Business team. The candidate will get hands-on exposure to foreign currency exchange, forex cards, remittances, documentation, customer handling, and travel-related forex services.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Forex team in day-to-day forex operations and transactions.
Learn and support foreign currency exchange, forex cards, remittance, and related services.
Assist in handling customer and corporate forex requirements.
Coordinate with banks, forex partners, suppliers, and internal teams.
Support preparation and verification of forex-related documents.
Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company processes and regulatory requirements.
Assist in maintaining transaction records, reports, and MIS.
Support the team in generating leads and developing recent business opportunities.
Coordinate with the Sales, Operations, Finance, and Travel teams.
Understand customer requirements and provide timely support.
Stay updated on foreign currency rates and basic forex market movements.
Follow company policies and applicable RBI / FEMA guidelines under the guidance of senior team members.

Candidates with 02 years of experience in Travel, Forex, Banking, Financial Services, or related industries will be preferred.
Graduate in any discipline.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
