Preventive Maintenance: Conducting regular checks, servicing equipment, and logging maintenance activities.
System Operation: Managing and maintaining systems like BMS (Building Management Systems) or fire protection.
Installation Support: Assisting with setting up recent equipment.
General Upkeep: Handling minor carpentry, cleaning, and responding to maintenance requests promptly.
