Minimum 4+ years of relevant experience in the field of finance, accounting, and/or business management.
Have a front-to-back understanding of the fund products (i.e., private markets, alternative investment funds and registered products) and the events associated with it by managing a complex portfolio and be an SME.
Bachelors degree or equivalent qualification with an excellent academic record
Strong interpersonal and communication skills and ability to work with professionals across various levels both internally and externally
Aptitude for dealing with complex issues and communicating with various stakeholders.
Self-motivated and proactive team player, who takes ownership and accountability of projects, has solid organizational skills as well as the ability to effectively manage competing priorities.




An ability to work to tight deadlines, with activities and targets which may change at short notice
A high level of accuracy with the ability to maintain this standard while under pressure from deadlines

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Previous relevant Operations experience
Accounting background, including booking journal entries, reconciliations, and interest calculations
Able to grasp current concepts quickly and work in a team workplace
Knowledge and understanding of Excel, PowerPoint, Word, and adaptability to other software products
