Senior International Sales Executive / Business Development Executive

Job Overview

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Senior Sales / Business Development professional to drive new business generation and revenue growth across international markets, primarily the US, UK/EU, and Australia.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of B2B international sales, particularly in the IT/software services industry, and should be confident in independently identifying prospects, initiating conversations, managing the sales cycle, and closing deals.

This is a pure sales and business development role, with a strong focus on acquiring recent international clients and generating business for the company.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and target potential clients across the US, UK/EU, Australia, and other international markets.
Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, cold calling, cold emailing, networking, referrals, and other outbound channels.
Research target companies, decision-makers, and market opportunities to build a strong prospect pipeline.




Conduct discovery calls and understand client business requirements.
Present and pitch the company's IT/software development services and solutions to prospective clients.
Build and maintain solid relationships with international prospects and decision-makers.
Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation and qualification to negotiation and closure.
Prepare proposals, quotations, and commercial presentations in coordination with the relevant teams.
Negotiate pricing, contracts, and commercial terms to successfully close deals.
Consistently achieve monthly and quarterly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain accurate sales records, pipeline, follow-ups, and activities in the CRM.
Monitor competitors, industry trends, and market opportunities.
Develop and execute strategies for acquiring current international clients.
