Job Purpose

The HR Manager will be responsible for managing end-to-end human resource operations, including manpower planning, recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, HR policies, employee relations, statutory compliance, and HR process improvement. The role will also involve coordinating with business and functional teams to ensure effective workforce management and achievement of organisational objectives.
Key Responsibilities

A. Recruitment & Manpower Planning
Manage end-to-end recruitment for various managerial, technical, and support positions.
Understand manpower requirements and prepare recruitment plans in coordination with business/functional heads.
Source, screen, shortlist, interview, and coordinate selection of candidates.
Manage recruitment agencies,



consultants, job portals, and other sourcing channels.
Ensure timely onboarding and joining of selected candidates.

B. Employee Lifecycle Management
Manage employee onboarding, documentation, induction, transfers, promotions, and separation processes.
Ensure maintenance of accurate and updated employee records.
Coordinate employee confirmation, probation, and other lifecycle activities.
Address employee queries and facilitate timely resolution of HR-related matters.

C. Performance Management
Coordinate the performance appraisal and performance management process.
Assist managers in setting KRAs/KPIs and monitoring performance.
Identify performance gaps and coordinate appropriate improvement plans.
Support succession planning and talent management initiatives.

D. HR Policies & Compliance
Implement and monitor HR policies, procedures, and SOPs.
