Role & responsibilities
The ideal candidate will have good mix of technology skills, coaching skills, business thinking, insurance process expertise and is client focused.
Looking for UiPath RPA experience & Power Automate.
Has ability to imagine automated solutions and understands a potential future-state process and system design.
Is capable of designing workflows with the ability to both understand a business process from a workflow diagram as well as to illustrate a written process description as a workflow diagram.
Can follow a structured and methodical problem solving approach, combined with critical and creative thinking
Appreciation for development methodologies and best practices (e.g., iterative agile methodologies, change control, source control, project management)
A self-starter who delivers high quality work and can adapt to new challenges,



either on their own or as part of a team.
Leads a small team of automation developers, provides mentoring and reviews their work
Valuable verbal and written English skills
Excellent presentation, facilitation and coaching skills
Basic Insurance processing knowledge

Solid experience in development or scripting skills in one of these UiPath

Licenses/Certificates

UiPath (or any other RPA technology) advanced developer certification is strongly preferred

Working Experience

8+ years experience in Technology, 5+ years experience in RPA is strongly preferred
