JOB DESCRIPTION SENIOR MANAGER – MEP

Location: MRG GROUP Corporate Office, Nagawara, Bengaluru

About the Role

Responsible for managing and overseeing MEP design, execution, contracts, quality, cost, safety and commissioning across MRG Group projects and properties.

Key Responsibilities
Lead MEP planning, design coordination and execution for projects.
Manage HVAC, electrical, plumbing, fire fighting, ELV and other MEP systems.
Review drawings, BOQs, specifications, estimates and technical submissions.
Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors and project teams.
Manage MEP tenders, contracts, negotiations, variations and contractor performance.
Monitor project cost, timelines, quality and contractual compliance.
Ensure statutory, safety and fire & life-safety compliance.
Oversee testing, commissioning and project handover.




Drive energy efficiency, value engineering and cost optimization.
Conduct technical audits and resolve project-level MEP issues.
Prepare MEP progress, cost and performance reports for management.
Lead and develop the MEP team and provide technical guidance.

Qualifications
B.E./B.Tech in Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
10–15 years of relevant MEP experience, preferably in hospitality, commercial or large-scale projects.
Robust experience in MEP execution, project management and contracts.
Knowledge of AutoCAD; BIM/Revit and project management tools preferred.
