About the Role

We are looking for a Performance Marketing professional with 3+ years of experience to drive customer acquisition, lead generation, revenue growth, and ROAS through data-driven digital marketing campaigns.

The ideal candidate should have solid hands-on experience with Google Ads, Meta Ads, campaign optimization, analytics, and performance reporting.

Key Responsibilities
Plan, launch, and optimize performance marketing campaigns across Google, Meta, and other relevant platforms.
Manage campaigns across Search, Display, YouTube, Shopping, Performance Max, Facebook, and Instagram.
Develop strategies for lead generation, conversions, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
Monitor and optimize CPL, CPA, CAC, ROAS, CTR, CPC, CVR, and other KPIs.
Conduct keyword research, audience segmentation, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.
Create and manage campaign budgets and ensure efficient allocation of ad spend.
Work closely with the creative and content teams to develop high-performing ad creatives and landing pages.




Analyze campaign data using Google Analytics/GA4, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager, and reporting dashboards.
Identify opportunities for scaling successful campaigns while controlling acquisition costs.
Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports with actionable insights.
Stay updated on changes in advertising platforms, tracking, attribution, and digital marketing trends.

Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience in Performance/Digital Marketing.
Solid experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads.(Mandatory)
Valuable understanding of GA4, conversion tracking, pixels, UTM parameters, and attribution.
Experience managing and optimizing significant advertising budgets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Ability to interpret campaign data and convert insights into actionable strategies.
Good understanding of landing page optimization, funnels, remarketing, and CRO.
Strong communication and presentation
