We are seeking a dedicated Operations Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth execution of our programs and day-to-day operations. This position requires someone with excellent Communication skills, organizational skills, a proactive mindset, and a passion for social impact.

Key Responsibilities
Excellent command over English and Hindi (written and spoken)
Ability to attend calls confidently and communicate clearly
Comfortable with phone-based coordination
Ability to participate in virtual meetings effectively
Robust interpersonal and coordination skills
Working knowledge of MS Word and email tools
Own laptop is mandatory
Willingness to travel as and when required
Coordinate and oversee the planning, implementation, and execution of projects, ensuring they align with organizational goals.
Organize and manage events, workshops, and campaigns, handling logistics, schedules, and follow-ups.
Maintain accurate documentation and prepare detailed reports on project progress, operational activities,



and performance metrics.
Serve as the primary point of contact for stakeholders, fostering communication and collaboration with team members, partners, and volunteers.
Analyze and improve operational processes to enhance efficiency and ensure effective resource utilization.
Assist in recruiting, onboarding, and managing volunteers to support various programs and initiatives.
Monitor adherence to organizational policies, compliance standards, and quality benchmarks during all operational activities.
Resolve operational challenges promptly to ensure smooth execution of projects and day-to-day tasks.

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
