The Migration Company (TMC) is seeking a energetic, energetic Partnerships & Business Development Executive to drive growth in our training vertical. This role sits at the intersection of language training, Learning & Organizational Development (LND) solutions, and international labour mobility. You will report to both the Head of Recruitment and Head of Training, collaborating closely with our recruitment team while building and nurturing high-value partnership relationships.
The ideal candidate brings hands-on experience in LND solutions, healthcare recruitment, or international labour mobility, coupled with the energy and drive to build meaningful partnerships in a mission-critical space.
Key Responsibilities
Business Development & Sales
Lead end-to-end business development for TMC's training vertical, including language training and LND solutions
Identify, qualify, and prospect target partnerships across healthcare, staffing, recruitment, and corporate L&D; sectors
Conduct discovery meetings with potential partners and clients; map their needs and position TMC's offerings
Develop and present compelling partnership proposals; negotiate terms and close deals
Build relationships with key decision-makers (HR heads, L&D; leaders, recruitment agencies, institutional buyers)
Achieve quarterly revenue targets and partnership closure goals
Partnership Support & Client Relationship Management
Maintain and nurture existing partnership relationships; act as primary client liaison
Support the recruitment team's BD efforts by embedding training and LND solutions into candidate integration pathways
Facilitate communication between recruitment clients and training delivery teams
Monitor partnership health; identify upsell and retention prospects
Gather market feedback and client insights to inform product and service development
