Business Development Manager – TPA

Key Responsibilities

Develop new business opportunities* in the TPA & Health Insurance sector.

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance companies, corporates, brokers & clients*.

* Identify potential clients and generate business leads.

* Handle client meetings, presentations and negotiations.

Achieve assigned sales & business targets*.

* Manage existing client relationships and ensure business retention.

* Monitor market trends and competitor activities.
Requirements

TPA experience is mandatory.*

Around \5 years of relevant BD/Sales experience\* in TPA/Health Insurance.

* Solid communication, negotiation and networking skills.

Positive knowledge of the TPA & insurance industry\.

* Solid client relationship management skills.

Immediate joiners will be preferred.*
