Job Title: HR Executive / Human Resources Executive

Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and people-oriented HR Executive to manage day-to-day human resource activities, support employees, and ensure smooth implementation of HR policies and processes. The ideal candidate should have robust communication, interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving skills.

Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment activities, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
Coordinate employee joining formalities, documentation, and induction programs.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
Manage attendance, leave, payroll inputs, and employee-related documentation.
Handle employee queries, grievances, and day-to-day HR concerns.
Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
Coordinate performance appraisal and employee engagement activities.




Support training and development initiatives.
Ensure compliance with applicable labor laws and company policies.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and other management reports.
Conduct exit formalities and maintain employee separation records.
Coordinate with various departments to address workforce and employee-related requirements.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred.
1–2 years of relevant HR experience; freshers may be considered depending on the role.
Good knowledge of recruitment, employee relations, attendance, and HR processes.
Proficiency in MS Office, particularly Excel and Word.
Knowledge of HRMS/HR software is an advantage.
