Admin, Finance & Operations Executive

Role Overview

We are looking for an organized Admin, Finance & Operations Executive to manage project documentation, Bank loan process, DISCOM (TNEB) net-metering, government subsidy tracking, and daily financial records. You're the operational backbone of the business — the person who turns a signed deal into an approved, funded,



closed-out project file.

Key Responsibilities

DISCOM & PM-Surya Ghar Processing
Prepare, submit, and track all online applications including net-metering applications, NOCs, DISCOM (TNEB) approvals, Bank loan process and government subsidy filings.
Maintain records of approvals, NOCs, and correspondence with authorities; follow up proactively on every pending application.
Assist in building long-term working relationships with DISCOM (TNEB) and government contacts, not just transactional filings.

Quotations & Procurement
Generate official customer proposals/quotations, holding the company's fixed margin.
Track inventory dispatch and vendor payments; coordinate material sourcing with the company's dealer/vendor.

Bookkeeping & Invoicing
Maintain basic financial accounts, track accounts receivable/payable, raise project invoices, and handle customer payment updates in coordination with the com
