Dispatch Planning & Coordination
Plan daily dispatches as per sales orders and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with Production, Quality, Stores, and Logistics teams.
Ensure material readiness before dispatch.
Documentation Management
Prepare and verify Invoice, E-Way Bill, Delivery Challan, LR/GR, and other dispatch documents.
Maintain dispatch records and filing system.
Ensure compliance with GST and transportation regulations.
Inventory Verification
Verify quantity, grade, and packaging before dispatch.
Coordinate with stores for stock availability.
Report shortages, damages, or discrepancies immediately.
Loading Supervision
Supervise loading activities to avoid damage and quantity mismatch.
Ensure proper packing, labeling, and stacking of materials.
Follow safety procedures during loading and unloading.
