Position: Senior Manager (Real estate)

Location: HRBR Layout, Kalyan Nagar, Bengaluru

Working Hours: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM

Weekly Off: Tuesday Off

Key Responsibilities

* Lead and mentor a team of Sales Executives and Associate Managers.

* Drive monthly sales targets and high-value deal closures.

* Manage the complete sales cycle from client engagement to conversion.

* Build and manage relationships with HNI clients.

* Ensure CRM discipline, performance tracking, and team development.





What We're Looking For
3–6 years of experience in real estate sales.
Minimum 1 year of team management experience.
Strong understanding of Bengaluru's premium residential market.
Proven track record of exceeding sales targets.
Excellent leadership, communication, and negotiation skills.
