Job Overview

Merloam Estates is looking for a Customer Relationship Executive to handle customer inquiries, generate and follow up on leads, explain real estate projects, and coordinate site visits. The ideal candidate should have valuable communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to prospective customers and generate interest in real estate projects.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable property/project information.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, location, and available options to customers.
Follow up with leads through calls and WhatsApp to maintain customer engagement.
Schedule and coordinate property site visits with interested customers.
Maintain accurate lead and customer information in CRM/database.
Coordinate with the sales team and ensure timely follow-up on potential customers.
Handle basic customer queries and assist throughout the initial sales process.




Work towards achieving monthly lead generation, site visit, and conversion targets.
Build positive relationships with prospective customers and generate referral opportunities.

Requirements
0–2 years of experience in Customer Relationship, Inside Sales, Real Estate Sales, or Business Development.
Freshers with good communication skills are welcome.
Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Good follow-up and customer-handling abilities.
Target-oriented and willing to learn.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/CRM tools will be an advantage.

Compensation

Competitive Salary + Attractive Performance-Based Incentives.

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
