Strategic Leadership & Operations Management
Provide strategic leadership and direction for end-to-end Revenue Cycle Management (RCM) operations, including Medical Billing, Coding, Payment Posting, Accounts Receivable (AR), and Denial Management.
Develop and execute operational strategies that support organizational growth, client satisfaction, and financial objectives.
Lead large, cross-functional teams across multiple locations while driving a culture of accountability, performance, and continuous improvement.
Ensure operational scalability, efficiency, and adherence to quality standards and service-level agreements (SLAs).

Client Relationship Management
Build and maintain solid client relationships to ensure service excellence and long-term partnerships.
Serve as the primary escalation point for key client accounts, providing regular business reviews, performance updates, and strategic recommendations.
Address client concerns proactively and ensure timely resolution of operational issues.




Drive high levels of client satisfaction by delivering services that consistently meet or exceed expectations and contractual commitments.

Process Improvement & Transformation
Identify prospects to improve operational processes, productivity, quality, and cost efficiency.
Lead initiatives related to automation, digital transformation, and technology adoption to enhance operational excellence.
Standardize workflows, documentation, reporting, and communication practices across departments and clients.
Implement best practices, methodologies, and performance frameworks to improve delivery outcomes and operational effectiveness.

Financial & Business Management
Manage P&L; responsibilities, ensuring revenue growth, cost optimization, and sustainable profitability.
Oversee departmental budgets, resource allocation, and financial forecasting.
Monitor operational metrics and financial performance to identify improvement opportunities and mitigate ris
