About the Role

VTK Industries is looking for an experienced Senior Executive HR with robust hands-on exposure in the manufacturing sector. The candidate will be responsible for day-to-day HR operations, employee engagement, statutory compliance, recruitment, attendance and payroll coordination, and supporting plant/operations teams.

Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day HR operations for manufacturing/plant employees.
Handle recruitment and manpower planning for production, quality, maintenance, stores and other manufacturing functions.
Coordinate joining formalities, onboarding, induction and employee documentation.
Manage attendance, leave, shift schedules and payroll inputs.
Coordinate with the payroll team for salary processing and resolve employee payroll-related queries.
Handle employee grievances and maintain healthy employee relations.
Support disciplinary actions, domestic enquiries and HR-related documentation as required.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and statutory requirements.
Maintain personnel files,



HR records and employee databases.
Coordinate statutory compliance related to PF, ESI, Bonus, Gratuity, Contract Labour and other applicable regulations.
Work closely with production and department heads on manpower requirements and workforce issues.
Support performance management, training and employee development initiatives.
Conduct employee engagement activities and improve workplace culture.
Prepare HR MIS reports covering manpower, absenteeism, attrition, recruitment and other HR metrics.
Assist in audits and inspections related to HR and statutory compliance.
Support implementation of company HR policies and procedures.

Preferred Profile

Candidates from engineering, automotive, auto components, fabrication, machinery, industrial products, electrical/electronics, or other manufacturing industries will be preferred.
