Position: Business Development and Cold Calling Representative

Job Summary:

We are looking for highly motivated and skilled Business Development Representatives (BDR) to join our team. The ideal candidates will possess a British or American accent, have a minimum of 1 year of experience in cold calling B2B segment and IT Services sales, and be proficient in English (with a British or American accent). The primary objective of this role is to drive business growth through effective communication, client relationship management, and sales activities.

Key Responsibilities:
Identify and target potential clients through cold calling and market research.
Running Cadences/Sequences with multi-touchpoint approach.
Qualify and book appointments for the discovery calls.
Build and maintain robust client relationships to understand their needs and preferences.
Communicate effectively with clients to explain our products and services.




Achieve and exceed sales targets to contribute to the company's growth.
Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies.
Provide regular reports on sales activities and results.

Qualifications:
Prior work in experience in cold calling B2B segment and IT Services sales*.
Proficiency in English, with an American or British accent.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid negotiation and persuasion abilities.
Target-driven with a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Familiarity with relevant CRM software is a plus.
