About the Role

Adsy is looking for a proactive and target-oriented
Sales Field Executive
who can generate new business opportunities, meet potential clients, build relationships, and contribute directly to revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential clients through field visits, networking, referrals, and local business prospects.
Conduct client meetings, understand their requirements, and explain Adsy’s services effectively.
Generate qualified leads and convert prospects into clients through regular follow-ups.
Maintain daily records of calls, meetings, visits, leads, follow-ups, and sales activities.
Coordinate with the Sales Head, Account Manager, and internal teams for proposals, negotiations, and client onboarding.




Achieve assigned daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
Maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

Required Skills
Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
Confident in face-to-face client interaction.
Basic sales and negotiation skills.
Target-oriented and self-motivated.
Good follow-up and relationship-building ability.
Basic knowledge of MS Excel/Google Sheets and CRM tools is an advantage.
Willingness to travel for client meetings.
