Job Description

TECAI Software & Automation Solutions is looking for a Business Development Executive / Telecaller to join our growing team. The candidate will be responsible for lead generation, outbound calling, client communication, follow-ups, and converting prospects into business opportunities.

Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential customers and generate leads.
Explain TECAI's software and IT services to prospective clients.
Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions.
Generate and qualify leads through calls, WhatsApp, email, and other channels.
Follow up with leads regularly and maintain proper lead status.
Schedule meetings and product/service demonstrations.
Coordinate with the sales and technical team for client requirements.




Maintain daily records of calls, leads, and follow-ups.
Update CRM/Google Sheets with accurate lead information.
Work towards achieving daily, weekly, and monthly targets.
Build and maintain professional relationships with clients.
Prepare regular sales and follow-up reports.

Requirements
Good verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Hindi communication is required; basic English is preferred.
Confident and comfortable speaking with customers over the phone.
Valuable convincing, negotiation, and follow-up skills.
Basic computer knowledge.
Ability to work in a target-oriented workplace.
Self-motivated, punctual, and hardworking.
Freshers are welcome to apply.
Experience in telecalling, sales, BDE, or business development will be an advantage.
