Role Summary

We are looking for a Back Office Support Executive who will initially be responsible for data entry and data verification. The candidate will also support MIS preparation, departmental coordination, administrative activities, and sales back-office operations.

The ideal candidate should be detail-oriented, organized, comfortable with Excel, and willing to take responsibility for various back-office activities.

Key Responsibilities

Data Entry & Verification – Primary Responsibility
Enter and update data accurately in Excel, Google Sheets, CRM, and internal systems.
Verify customer, vendor, and other business data.
Check documents and identify missing, duplicate, or incorrect information.
Maintain accurate and updated records.

MIS & Reporting
Assist in preparing daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports.
Maintain and update Excel/Google Sheets.




Collect data from different departments for reporting.

Sales Back Office Support
Support the Sales Team with data and documentation.
Maintain sales-related records and reports.
Coordinate for lead/data updates and required documents.
Provide back-office support for day-to-day sales activities.

Coordination & Administration
Coordinate with different departments for data and document collection.
Maintain physical and digital records.
Assist with scanning, printing, filing, and documentation.
Support general administrative activities as assigned.

Required Skills
Good knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets
Positive typing and data-entry skills
Robust attention to detail
Basic MIS and reporting knowledge
Valuable communication and coordination skills
Basic computer knowledge
Ability to maintain confidentiality
Willingness to learn and handle multiple responsibilities

Preferred
Graduate in any discipline
