Role & responsibilities
1 to 3 years of experience in MIG welding in a heavy engineering, fabrication, or manufacturing workplace.
Valuable hands-on experience in MIG welding.
Ability to read fabrication drawings and welding symbols.
Knowledge of welding parameters and weld defect identification.
Familiarity with measuring instruments such as Vernier caliper, steel rule, measuring tape, and fillet gauge.
Basic knowledge of fabrication processes and material handling.
Robust focus on safety and quality.
Preferred candidate profile
Qualification: ITI (Welder/Fitter) or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering.
