TPM Program Deployment
Lead TPM implementation as per JIPM methodology and roadmap.
Coordinate all TPM pillars and ensure effective execution.
Develop TPM master plans, annual deployment plans, and progress reviews.
Facilitate TPM steering committee meetings and pillar reviews.
Drive TPM culture across all levels of the organization.
Preferred candidate profile
-5 years of manufacturing experience.
Minimum 3 years of hands-on TPM implementation experience.
Proven experience in deploying TPM based on JIPM methodology.
Experience in preparing organizations for TPM Excellence Awards preferred.
