Key Responsibilities:
Maintain & repair biomass boiler systems and associated equipment.
Test boiler water regularly and adjust chemical levels to prevent corrosion & scaling.
Maintain detailed records of inspections, maintenance schedules & repair activities.
Ensure compliance with state, local & statutory boiler safety regulations.
Operate boilers following strict safety procedures & operational guidelines.
Monitor equipment to detect malfunctions and perform necessary corrective actions.
Perform routine inspections, preventive maintenance & performance checks.
Maintain daily boiler operation logs, safety observations & maintenance reports.
Coordinate with maintenance teams for repairs, upgrades & system improvements.
Manage fuel inventory & ensure adequate supply for productive boiler operation
