We are looking for an experienced Senior HR Manager with 10+ years of HR experience to lead and manage the organisation’s HR operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead recruitment, onboarding and employee lifecycle management
Manage employee relations, performance and HR policies
Oversee attendance, payroll coordination and HR documentation
Handle employee grievances and disciplinary matters
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws and regulations
Develop and implement effective HR processes and policies
Lead and support the HR team across the organisation
Requirements:
10+ years of relevant HR experience
Robust knowledge of HR operations, recruitment and compliance
Excellent communication and people-management skills
Robust leadership and problem-solving abilities
Experience managing HR for a large organisation or educational institution is preferred
Pay: ₹80,000.00 - ₹100,000.00 per month
