Manage customer relationships and communication.
Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM.
Track leads, sales prospects, and follow-ups.
Coordinate with sales and support teams.
Monitor customer satisfaction and resolve issues.
Prepare CRM reports and analyze customer trends.
Ensure timely follow-ups and improve customer retention.
Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
