About the Role

NEXA CORE HR PVT. LTD. is looking for a confident, well-presented, and result-oriented Business Development Executive to expand our corporate client network and establish business tie-ups with different companies.

Key Responsibilities
Identify and approach potential corporate clients through field visits, calls, networking, and referrals.
Establish and maintain corporate tie-ups for the company’s HR and consultancy services.
Visit companies and meet HR professionals, business owners, and key decision-makers.
Present company services and understand client requirements.
Generate leads, conduct follow-ups, negotiate, and convert prospects into clients.
Build and maintain robust, long-term client relationships.
Achieve assigned monthly business development and sales targets.




Maintain records of leads, meetings, follow-ups, and client conversions.
Coordinate with the internal team for smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Submit regular reports on business development activities.

Required Skills & Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; BBA/MBA/HR/Marketing background preferred.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong presentation, negotiation, convincing, and interpersonal skills.
Well-groomed, confident, and professionally presentable.
Target-oriented, self-motivated, and proactive.
Comfortable with field work and travelling for corporate meetings.
Freshers with solid communication skills are welcome.
Prior experience in corporate sales, business development, or consultancy is an advantage.
