We are looking for a proactive and organized Production Assistant – Events to support the planning, coordination, and execution of events. The candidate will assist the production team with logistics, vendors, equipment, venue arrangements, and on-ground event operations to ensure smooth and successful event delivery.

Key Responsibilities
Assist the Production Manager in planning and executing events.
Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, decorators, technicians, and other service providers.
Support venue setup, stage arrangements, branding, seating, registration areas, and event infrastructure.
Assist with movement, setup, and dismantling of event equipment and materials.
Coordinate with technical teams for sound, lighting, AV, LED screens, power, and other production requirements.
Maintain event-related checklists, schedules, inventories, and production documents.
Assist in managing event logistics, including transportation, material movement, and deliveries.
Conduct venue checks and ensure all production requirements are arranged before the event.




Support backstage and on-ground operations during events.
Monitor timelines and immediately report delays, shortages, or operational issues to the senior production team.
Help maintain records of equipment, materials, and production assets.
Ensure the event area remains organized, protected, and operational throughout the event.

Required Skills & Qualification:
Good organizational and coordination skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Positive problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
Basic knowledge of event production, logistics, and venue operations.
Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and teams.
Basic knowledge of MS Office/Google Workspace.
Willingness to work flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays when required.
Ability to travel to event venues as required.
Graduate/Diploma in Event Management, Hospitality, Mass Communicatio
