MIDAC Dental Center is looking for smart, confident, energetic and customer-focused Front Office Executives to join our team.

What You Will Do
Welcome patients and ensure they have an excellent experience from the moment they enter the clinic.
Handle patient enquiries professionally in person and over the phone.
Schedule and coordinate appointments.
Manage patient registrations and basic front-office documentation.
Coordinate with doctors, clinical teams and other departments.
Follow up with patients regarding appointments and treatment schedules.




Maintain professional communication and front-office standards.
Assist in achieving clinic service and performance goals.
Ensure that every patient interaction reflects the quality and professionalism expected from MIDAC.
