About the Internship
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic HR Intern under the PM Internship Scheme to join our Human Resources team in Palakkad. This internship offers valuable hands-on experience across key HR functions, providing an excellent platform for professional growth and learning.
Key Responsibilities
Support recruitment activities, including candidate sourcing, screening, and interview coordination.
Assist in employee onboarding and induction processes.
Maintain employee records and HR documentation.
Support attendance, leave, and HR database management.
Assist in organizing employee engagement and welfare initiatives.
Prepare HR reports, MIS, and data analysis as required.
Coordinate training and development programs.
Provide administrative support for day-to-day HR operations.
Eligibility Criteria
Students or recent graduates in:

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
