About the Role
We are looking for a Senior Talent Acquisition Specialist to drive end-to-end recruitment across non-IT, technical, project and site requirements.
Key Responsibilities
Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
Handle non-IT and bulk hiring for technical, project, site and support functions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals and recruitment agencies.
Screen, shortlist and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
Manage offer negotiations, candidate follow-ups and joining formalities.
Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future requirements.
Partner with business leaders to understand manpower needs and ensure timely closures.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.
