Role Overview

We are looking for an SEO Specialist to drive organic growth and improve Shipway's search visibility, traffic, and lead generation. The role will focus on technical SEO, on-page optimization, content strategy, keyword research, link building, and SEO analytics.

Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic and rankings.
Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, and content gap analysis.
Optimize website pages, landing pages, blogs, and product pages for search.
Manage technical SEO, including crawlability, indexing, site structure, redirects, schema, and Core Web Vitals.
Develop and execute off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
Work closely with Content, Product, and Marketing teams to drive organic growth.
Monitor rankings, traffic, conversions, and other SEO KPIs.
Identify prospects to improve organic lead generation and conversion.
Track performance using Google Search Console,



GA4, Ahrefs/SEMrush, and other SEO tools.
Stay updated with Google algorithm changes and SEO best practices.

Requirements
25 years of hands-on SEO experience.
Strong understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO.
Experience with Google Search Console and GA4.
Hands-on experience with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar tools.
Solid analytical and problem-solving skills.
Experience in SaaS, eCommerce, logistics, or B2B will be an advantage.
Positive understanding of content-led SEO and programmatic SEO is a plus.
