Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and energetic Sales Trainer to train and develop our sales/telesales team and improve overall sales performance.

Key Responsibilities
Conduct sales, telesales and product training sessions.
Train employees on pitching, objection handling, follow-ups and closing techniques.
Conduct mock calls, role-plays and performance assessments.
Identify performance gaps and provide effective coaching.
Develop training material and sales scripts.
Work with managers to improve team conversion and target achievement.

Requirements
2–5 years of experience in Sales Training / Sales / Telesales / B2C Sales.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Robust knowledge of sales techniques and objection handling.
Confident, energetic and target-oriented personality.
Prior experience in training sales teams will be preferred.
