YES Germany is a leading education consultancy specialising in higher education prospects in Germany. We operate multiple branches across Maharashtra and are looking for a proactive HR Executive to support our growing team.

Key Responsibilities

Recruitment and Onboarding
Manage the complete recruitment process for sales, counselling, operations and support roles.
Post job openings on Indeed, LinkedIn and other recruitment portals.
Screen applications, conduct initial interviews and coordinate further interview rounds.
Follow up with candidates and maintain an updated recruitment tracker.
Prepare offer letters, appointment letters and onboarding documents.
Conduct joining formalities and employee induction.
Coordinate reference and background verification when required.

HR Operations
Maintain accurate employee records in Zoho People.
Manage attendance, leave, probation, confirmation and employee documentation.
Maintain employee files, HR trackers and organisational records.
Coordinate the allocation,



transfer and return of company assets.
Support employee transfers, promotions, salary revisions and exit formalities.
Conduct exit interviews and ensure proper handover and clearance.
Prepare HR letters, notices and internal communications.

Performance and Employee Engagement
Support the performance appraisal and probation-review processes.
Follow up with managers regarding employee goals, feedback and improvement plans.
Organise employee engagement activities, celebrations and training programs.
Regularly connect with employees and assist in resolving workplace concerns.
Promote a positive, qualified and performance-driven work culture.

Payroll and Compliance Support
Prepare and verify monthly attendance, leave, incentive and deduction inputs.
Coordinate with the Accounts team for timely payroll processing.
Maintain confidentiality of employee and salary information.
