Car Sales Consultant – Current Car Showroom

Job Responsibilities:
Welcome customers and understand their car requirements and budget.
Explain vehicle models, features, specifications, pricing, offers, and finance options.
Conduct vehicle demonstrations and arrange test drives.
Generate leads through showroom walk-ins, phone calls, online enquiries, and referrals.
Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into sales.
Negotiate with customers and assist with booking and documentation.
Coordinate with finance, insurance, registration, and delivery teams.
Maintain customer records and update sales leads in CRM systems.
Achieve monthly sales and revenue targets.
Maintain strong customer relationships and encourage repeat/referral business.

Requirements:
12th pass or graduate preferred.
Good communication and convincing skills.




Customer-service oriented and confident personality.
Basic knowledge of cars and automobile features.
Sales experience in automobiles, retail, banking, insurance, or similar industries is an advantage.
Freshers with robust communication and sales skills may also apply.
Valid driving licence preferred.
