ob Description: Plant Head – Lithium Battery Manufacturing

Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and driven Plant Head with a strong technical background in electronics, electrical engineering, and extensive expertise in lithium battery technologies. The ideal candidate will oversee the entire manufacturing process, ensuring the effective, secure, and high-quality production of lithium batteries. This role requires solid leadership skills, technical proficiency, and a commitment to continuous improvement and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:
Plant Operations Management:
Oversee day-to-day operations of the manufacturing plant, ensuring productivity, safety, and compliance with quality standards.
Develop and implement production schedules, optimize resources, and meet production targets.
Technical Expertise:
Provide hands-on technical guidance on lithium battery manufacturing, including cell assembly, battery pack design, BMS integration, and testing protocols.
Ensure adherence to advanced lithium battery technology processes and safety standards.




Quality Assurance:
Monitor and improve quality control processes to ensure products meet industry standards and customer requirements.
Implement corrective actions to resolve any technical or production issues.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of engineers, technicians, and production staff, fostering a culture of hard work, collaboration, and innovation.
Conduct training programs to keep the team updated with the latest trends and advancements in lithium battery technology.
Continuous Improvement:
