Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain positive, long-term relationships with existing and prospective customers.
Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, requests, and concerns.
Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate products or services.
Respond to customer complaints promptly and coordinate effective resolutions.
Conduct regular customer follow-ups, meetings, and business reviews.
Monitor customer satisfaction and identify opportunities to improve the customer experience.
Maintain accurate customer records, preferences, communication history, and service issues in the CRM system.
Coordinate with sales, marketing, operations, finance, and support teams to address customer requirements.
Inform customers about current products, services, offers, and company updates.
Identify suitable upselling, cross-selling, renewal, and retention opportunities.
Collect and communicate customer feedback to management and relevant departments.
Conduct customer satisfaction surveys and analyze the results.
Track customer retention,



complaints, renewals, satisfaction scores, and relationship health.
Prepare regular reports on customer activity, issues, feedback, and prospects.
Handle escalated customer issues and ensure timely follow-up until resolution.
Support customer loyalty programs and initiatives designed to reduce customer churn.
Maintain skilled communication with customers through phone, email, online platforms, and in-person meetings.

Required Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, communications, or a related field.
2–5 years of experience in customer service, client relations, account management, sales, or a related position.
