Role & responsibilities

We at PMC Exports are looking for a detail-oriented Estimator to join our team and support our estimating department with UK-based construction projects, including tender preparation, document management, and accurate quantity take-offs.
Review and organise tender documents, drawings, specifications, and BoQs for UK-based projects.
Identify missing or unclear information and coordinate with the Business Development team.
Carry out accurate quantity take-offs from construction drawings.
Prepare and maintain detailed quantity take-off spreadsheets.
Organise project documentation and ensure all information is ready for pricing.
Submit completed take-offs and supporting documentation to the estimating team.




Develop a good understanding of UK construction standards, terminology, and project requirements.

Preferred candidate profile
Solid attention to detail with a high level of accuracy.
Positive understanding of construction drawings, specifications, and quantities.
Familiarity with UK construction projects is preferred.
Highly organised with solid communication skills.
Comfortable working with spreadsheets and digital tools.
2+ years of experience in estimating, construction, flooring, or a related field is a plus.
