Roles & Responsibilities
Lead the company's overall finance strategy, financial planning and performance management in alignment with long-term business objectives.
Drive the company's IPO roadmap and IPO readiness, including financial restructuring, due diligence, DRHP preparation support, corporate governance, compliance and investor relations.
Lead fundraising initiatives through Private Equity (PE), institutional investors, strategic investors, banks and other funding channels.
Work closely with merchant bankers, investment bankers, legal advisors, auditors and other IPO/capital-market intermediaries.
Lead budgeting, forecasting, capital budgeting and long-term financial planning across the organization.
Establish and strengthen internal financial controls, risk-management systems, SOPs and governance frameworks.
Oversee financial reporting, MIS, profitability analysis and management reporting, providing actionable insights to the MD and senior leadership.
Manage treasury, working capital, cash flow,



banking relationships and fund utilization to ensure optimum financial efficiency.
Oversee taxation, statutory compliance, internal & external audits and regulatory requirements.
Ensure compliance with applicable SEBI regulations, Companies Act, accounting standards and corporate governance requirements.
Lead financial modelling, business valuation, due diligence and investment analysis for fundraising, expansion and strategic projects.
Build and maintain solid relationships with banks, financial institutions, investors, PE funds and regulatory authorities.
Evaluate business expansion and investment prospects through ROI, IRR, NPV and financial feasibility analysis.
Partner closely with the MD, Board and leadership team in strategic decision-making, business growth and expansion.
Build, mentor and lead a high-performing Finance & Accounts team.
