Key Responsibilities:
Design and implement scalable
HAM/SAM solutions
on the ServiceNow platform.
Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
Develop and manage
customizations and integrations

Provide technical guidance on JavaScript and ServiceNow scripting.
Design asset lifecycle, software entitlement and license management solutions.
Ensure integration between HAM/SAM, CMDB, Discovery and other ServiceNow modules.
Conduct technical design and code reviews.
Follow ServiceNow best practices and minimize unnecessary customization.
