We are seeking a Technical Project Manager to own delivery execution across GCC India’s engineering pods for the GLIDEPARCS® platform. You will run the operating rhythm of the India engineering organization — sprint cadence, release readiness, cross-pod dependencies, and delivery visibility to U.S. leadership — so that engineers ship and leaders decide with clean, current information.

Responsibilities

Delivery Execution & Cadence
Run sprint planning, daily execution, and retrospectives across multiple engineering pods (platform, compliance, integrations, QA).
Maintain a single, accurate delivery plan — scope, owners, dates,



and dependencies — as the system of record for India delivery.
Break large initiatives into sequenced, shippable increments with explicit acceptance criteria and definition of done.
Identify and clear blockers proactively; escalate with a recommendation, never just a status.

Release & Workplace Readiness
Own release planning and go/no-go readiness across development, staging, and production environments.
Coordinate QA cycles, UAT, regression windows, and rollback plans with engineering and DevOps.
Track technical debt, defect aging, and post-release stability; drive closure rather than reporting on it.

Cross-Geo Coordination (U.S. ↔ India)
Act as the delivery interface between GCC India pods and U.S. product, support, and operations stakeholders.
